Card holder's impacted by the October 16th outage who had funds debited from their bank account without receiving cash and have not had the funds credited back to their bank account, should call GCA Customer Service at 1-800-644-0439.
Card holders charged additional fees by their banks, including ATM service fees or overdraft fees, should contact their bank or GCA to reverse these fees. Card holders should mail or fax a copy of their bank statement reflecting these fees to GCA.![]()
