Scott Betts Scott Betts
President, Chief Executive Officer & Director

Scott Betts was named President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Global Cash Access, Inc. (GCA) in October 2007. Before joining the GCA executive team, he served as Executive Vice President and President of Domestic Enterprise Payments at First Data Corporation (FDC) for five years. Prior to his work with FDC, Mr. Betts led a distinguished 24-year career at Procter & Gamble (P&G), where he held a number of senior management positions in marketing, product management, and brand development. He later joined the company as an engineer and ultimately advanced to General Manager/Vice President of P&G’s Western Europe Tissue Towel division based in Geneva, Switzerland.



Mary Higgins Mary E. Higgins
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Mary E. Higgins was named, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Global Cash Access, Inc. (GCA) in September 2010. Before joining the GCA executive team, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Herbst Gaming, Inc. a casino gaming and slot route company from 2000 to 2010. Prior to her work with Herbst, Ms, Higgins was the Chief Financial Officer of Camco, Inc. a specialty retailer from 1997 to 2000. Ms Higgins also held various management positions in the Commercial Lending divisions of both Wells Fargo and First Interstate Banks from 1987 to 1997. Ms. Higgins has an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and a Masters in Business Administration from Memphis State University.



David D. Johnson

David D. Johnson
Executive Vice President & General Counsel

David D. Johnson was named Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Global Cash Access, Inc. (GCA) in April, 2011. Mr. Johnson has spent over 25 years in the gaming industry, including leading gaming vendors, private practice and the Nevada Attorney General's Office. Before joining the GCA Executive team, he served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary to International Game Technology (NYSE: IGT) from 2003 to 2010. Mr. Johnson also served as General Counsel to Anchor Gaming, Inc. (NASDAQ: SLOT), a diversified gaming company, and Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary to Bally Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BYI). Mr. Johnson was also a partner with the Las Vegas law firm of Schreck, Jones, Bernhard, Woloson & Godfrey from 1987 to 1995. Mr. Johnson worked from 1985 to 1987 as the Chief Deputy Attorney General of the Gaming Division of the Nevada Attorney General's Office, where he acted as Senior Legal Counsel to the Nevada Gaming Commission and Nevada Gaming Control Board. He holds a B.A. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a J.D. from Creighton University School of Law.



Scott Dowty
Executive Vice President, Business Development

Scott Dowty joined GCA in November 2005. Previously, Mr. Dowty worked with First Data Corporation (FDC) as General Manager and Vice President of First Data International in Toronto, Canada, where he managed several merchant service alliances, ISO, VAR and card issuing programs between 2000 and 2005. Mr. Dowty also served as Director of New Business Development in North America for CIBC Merchant Services (now Global Payments Canada), located in Toronto, Canada, from 1996 to 2000.



David Lucchese
Executive Vice President, Sales

David Lucchese joined GCA in April of 2010.  Mr. Lucchese has over 20 years experience in the gaming industry with a focus on sales and sales leadership.  Prior to joining GCA, Mr. Lucchese was with Bally Technologies for the previous 7 years.  At Bally, he held leadership positions in both the games and systems area of the business.  Prior to Bally, he held sales leadership positions with Aristocrat, Casino Data Systems as well as United Gaming.
