GCA has a robust plan for the recovery and restoration of IT infrastructure in the event a full or partial recovery is required. The framework affords GCA to sustain operations in a degraded mode at worst and without interruption with fully redundant services.
This plan also includes a general disaster recovery response for all of GCA departments. Each department has a detailed plan requiring their department to run operations in a potentially degraded mode until full services are restored. It is the noted responsibility of the GCA teams respective business partners to review scope and nature of full restoration on a quarterly basis, adhering to all PCI & SOX related policies.
Importantly, we owe this assurance to our customers so they can rest assured their data protection and system availability bench marks are exceeded.
